North Barclay Green is being developed and built with Federal Tax Credits.  Purusant to this tax credit financing, qualifying applicants must earn less than 60% of the area median income (AMI) for their household size.  The 60% AMI limits below were issued by HUD on 12/11/12.  Households must have combined income that is less than the following amounts to qualify for residency at North Barclay Green:

1 person < $36,000/year
2 people < $41,100/year
3 people < $46,260/year
4 people < $51,360/year
5 people < $55,500/year
6 people < $59,580/year
