These residences are being reserved for households earning less than 60% of the area median income. There are more than a dozen different floor-plans in our new development. The floor-plans on this page are typical for each residential type (1 BR, 2 BR, & 3 BR). The full sets of floor-plans can be viewed in our neighborhood leasing office, located at 2200 Homewood Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21218.
We're excited to add retail spaces within our mixed-use buildings. Stay tuned to hear announcements on what will be available in the first floor spaces. In addition, occupying this space will of course be the Community/ Business center.
